● Drivers must hold a valid Australian or international driver’s licence.
● Drivers must meet our minimum age requirements.
● We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Autosprint Rentals.
Rental charges and any applicable security bond must be paid before vehicle collection. Additional charges may apply for late returns, vehicle damage, cleaning, tolls, traffic infringements, or other breaches of the rental agreement.
The rented vehicle must be used responsibly and strictly in accordance with all applicable road laws and the terms of this agreement. Under no circumstances may the vehicle be driven by any person who is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair their ability to operate the vehicle safely. The vehicle must not be used for racing, speed testing, drifting, burnouts, motorsport events, driver training, or any illegal, reckless, or dangerous activities. Off-road driving is strictly prohibited unless prior written authorisation has been obtained from Autosprint Rentals. The vehicle must not be used to tow or push another vehicle, trailer, or any other object without the prior written consent of Autosprint Rentals. Additionally, only drivers who have been approved and authorised by Autosprint Rentals are permitted to operate the vehicle. Allowing an unauthorised person to drive the vehicle constitutes a breach of the rental agreement and may result in additional charges, termination of the rental, and the renter being held fully responsible for any resulting loss, damage, or insurance liability.
Our vehicles are covered by insurance subject to the terms of our policy. Renters may be responsible for paying an insurance excess in the event of damage or an accident. Certain exclusions apply. Please refer to the Rental Agreement for full details.
Any accident, theft, or vehicle damage must be reported to Autosprint Rentals as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after the incident. The renter must also notify police where required by law.
Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date and time in the same condition as received, allowing for fair wear and tear. Fuel must be returned at the same level as provided, otherwise refuelling charges may apply.
The renter is responsible for all speeding fines, parking infringements, tolls, and other traffic offences incurred during the rental period. An administration fee may also apply for processing these notices.

Autosprint Rentals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the rental of our vehicles, except where required by Australian law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
By using this website or renting a vehicle from Autosprint Rentals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
