By clicking “Submit”, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the Autosprint Rental Terms and Conditions. Your submission constitutes your electronic signature and has the same legal effect as signing this agreement by hand, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Once you submit the Terms and Conditions, a copy of the completed agreement will be automatically sent to your nominated email address. It is your responsibility to review the agreement before collecting the vehicle.

By collecting and taking possession of the vehicle, you further acknowledge that you agree to be legally bound by the Autosprint Rental Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not click “Submit” or collect the vehicle. You have the right to cancel the agreement before vehicle collection. Any person who has not accepted these Terms and Conditions is not authorised to collect or take possession of the vehicle on behalf of the renter.
